A Taste For More

This will be a seminar for new parents and their 0-1 year olds

1.  The focal point of the first meeting will be dealing with ages 4-6 months.  Subjects will include when is the best time to introduce solid foods, what kind of foods are proper for this stage of life, and what kind of foods should be avoided at this stage.   I will be providing advice on how to incorporate solids in your child’s routine, how much is healthy for them, and how often it should be fed.

2.  The second meeting is meant for ages 7-8 months old. Now that we know how to properly feed our children solids, we can learn how to trickle in new foods and flavors and provide our little ones with a wholesome diet that includes a variety of new recipes.

3.  The third and final meeting of this course will deal with 9-12 month olds. At this stage we will discuss introducing finger foods.  This is a crucial point in the child’s development and we will talk about how and what to introduce and, most importantly, to prepare the child to eat what the rest of the family is already eating!
